safeguard vehicles, homes, and commercial spaces from rodent intrusion.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the procedures for processing,
shipping, and delivering your orders placed through our website or Amazon
store.
1. Order Processing Time
Amazon Orders (FBA)
Orders fulfilled by Amazon are processed and shipped through Amazon’s
logistics network. Please refer to your Amazon account for estimated
delivery timelines and tracking details.
Website Orders (Direct Sales)
Orders placed through our official website (www.scarebot.in) are processed
within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once
your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation along with tracking
information will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)
● Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We are in the process of enabling international shipping. Once available,
international delivery timelines will range between 7–21 business days,
depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Note: Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges (if applicable)
are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Order Tracking
Amazon Orders
Order tracking is available through your Amazon account under the “Your
Orders” section.
Website Orders
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been
shipped. Customers with registered accounts on our website may also
access tracking information from their account dashboard.
4. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
If your delivery address is not recognized at checkout, please contact our
support team for manual assistance.
5. Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to the following reasons:
● Incorrect or incomplete address
● Repeated failed delivery attempts
● Refusal to accept the package
...will be held for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If
unclaimed within 14 days, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
6. Shipping Partner
All website orders are shipped via our logistics partner Delhivery. We
reserve the right to change carriers if required to ensure timely and efficient
delivery.
