committed to delivering a reliable and high-quality pest control solution. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase. 

Policy Overview 
At this time, we do not offer returns on any purchases made through Amazon
or our official website. However, we do provide replacements for items that 
arrive defective or are damaged in transit. Our aim is to ensure that every 
customer receives a functional and effective product. 

Replacement Policy 

Replacements are available under the following conditions: 

  ● Eligibility: The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 
  ● Condition: The product must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or 
     external damage unrelated to shipping or manufacturing. 
  ● Required Documentation: A valid proof of purchase and visual evidence 
     (photos or video) of the defect or damage must be provided. 

Platform-Specific Instructions: 

  ● For Amazon orders, please contact Amazon’s customer service to initiate 
     the replacement request as per their platform procedures. 
  ● For orders placed on our official website, reach out directly to our 
     customer support. 

How to Request a Replacement 

To initiate a replacement request, email us at: 
customercare@scarebot.in 

Please include the following in your email: 
  ● Your order number 
  ● A clear description of the issue 
  ● Supporting photos or a short video showing the defect or damage 
  ● Your shipping address for the replacement unit 

We aim to review and respond to all replacement requests within 2–3 business days. Once approved, the replacement unit will be dispatched at no additional 
cost. 

Non-Eligible Cases 


Replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances: 
 
  ● Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized 
     modifications 
  ● Claims made beyond the 7-day reporting period 
  ● Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
